In May 2006, I graduated from Illinois Institute of Technology's Institute of Design with a concentration is Human-Centered Communication Design.  We learned how to humanize technology and improve the process of innovation, by developing a more human-centered approach to design. While most new products and services today are created in response to technology, marketing, or design trends, we believe that real innovation starts with users' needs and a set of reliable methods, theories and tools to create solutions to their problems.
